Title Webbie Awards Feature New Category

If your company launched a new website, social media marketing campaign, blog or other digital media in 2022 to help consumers learn about the benefits of title insurance, now is the time to show ALTA membership what you created! ALTA will award Title Webbies to three companies who have used their website, social media or other online presence to help educate consumers on the benefits of title insurance. 

The nomination deadline is June 31, 2023, at 5 p.m. ET.

ALL ALTA members are qualified to enter: If you paid your dues for 2023, you are eligible to enter the contest! New this year: ALTA members will get to pick the finalists for the Title Webbie awards!*

Website Entries

Awards will go to new/redesigned websites that give consumers the information they need about the real estate transaction in clear, concise language while underscoring the company’s values for the consumer.

Criteria for website entries:

• Website launched AFTER April 1, 2022
• Consumer-facing page explaining the benefits of title insurance and obtaining an owner’s policy

Websites will be judged on:

• Mobile friendliness
• Overall user experience
• Social media integration
• Image/video use
• Content quality

Digital Media Entries 

Awards will go to the best consumer-facing social media campaigns, blogs or videos that highlight the benefits of title insurance and obtaining an owner’s policy.

Criteria for digital media entries:

• Campaign/video/blog must have been launched AFTER April 1, 2022
• Consumer-facing product meant to engage consumers
• Short description of the campaign’s objective
• Success of campaign goals

Digital media entries will be judged on:

• Promotion/outreach across channels
• Community engagement (likes, shares, responses, analytic data)
• Photos, if applicable

*To ensure an objective voting process, no HOP Committee member who has a nominated website will be allowed to vote.
