Settlor Integrates With CertifID
May 14, 2025
Settlor has integrated its cloud-based title production software (TPS) with CertifID, a national provider of fraud protection for title and real estate. The integration is intended to provide users of Settlor’s partner-agnostic and client-focused platform access to CertifID’s fraud prevention services without the need to use a separate application.
“This integration will drive increased efficiency and productivity for closing agents by directly incorporating CertifID’ s wire fraud prevention tools into Settlor users’ everyday workflows and processes without our users having to open a separate app,” said Mike Patterson, co-founder of Settlor. “The integration came about in response to customer feedback, which is a core component of our design and improvement process. We have no doubt this partnership will provide our clients a new level of security using CertifID’s fraud prevention tools without adding unnecessary complexity to their operations.”
The main benefits of the integration include:
- Advanced fraud protection: Users can share and verify wire instructions, protect payoffs, and insure every verified wire by accessing the CertifID features within the Settlor platform.
- Flexibility and ease of use: The integration is designed to provide users with multiple ways to leverage CertifID without leaving the workflows of a transaction. The Settlor platform pulls available order information during the verification process to save time.
- Freedom of choice: The integration exemplifies Settlor users’ freedom to select the technology vendors and applications that best meet their unique needs.
“CertifID appreciates the focus by Settlor on providing advanced wire fraud prevention features to customers,” said Tyler Adams, CEO and co-founder of CertifID. “By making CertifID capabilities easily accessible to more title agents with our integration with Settlor, we are another step closer to our vision of helping to create a world without wire fraud - one real estate transaction at a time.”
