GridBase and Qualia Form Partnership

GridBase and Qualia have partnered to integrate Resware, part of Qualia's suite of enterprise title offerings, with Encompass Partner Connect (EPC).

In a release, the companies said this collaboration represents a significant achievement in automating title production workflows and improving operational efficiency for both title agents and lenders. By leveraging GridBase’s system-agnostic middleware, the integration creates a direct connection between Resware and EPC—eliminating manual processes, reducing friction, and creating a real-time data exchange. It’s timely for Resware clients transitioning from Encompass’s retiring Software Development Kit (SDK) to the modern EPC integration.
