Answer ALTA’s Call for Faculty Today!

ALTA is looking for knowledgeable members to respond to our call for ALTA SPRINGBOARD faculty! We need facilitators to lead thoughtful and interactive round-table discussions and brainstorm sessions on today’s hottest topics relevant to the title insurance industry as well as speakers for a limited series on career advancement. We are accepting faculty applications through Wednesday, Jan. 11.
As a member of the ALTA Faculty, you’ll share your expertise and usher ALTA SPRINGBOARD attendees through this unique, collaborative learning experience. This year, the ALTA SPRINGBOARD experience will be held from March 20-22 in St. Louis. This is the first time ALTA will be presenting this event in the Midwest!
The Ideas Festivals for 2023 are:
Business Growth and Customer Retention
- How can title professionals not only retain customers but also grow their businesses in a competitive and uncertain market? How are title professionals measuring and ensuring customer satisfaction? How are title professionals changing their marketing strategies to attract customers in a changing real estate market?
Operation Management
- How can title professionals manage their operations now to build for the future—one year, three years or even five years down the line? How can title professionals set up their businesses now for success in the future? How does technology, such as modern payment systems, play a part in future growth?
Economic/Regulatory Environment
- What is the reality of the economic outlook for the next year, and how can title professionals deal with a changing market effectively? How does the current regulatory environment affect title professionals’ businesses, and what can title professionals do to affect change?
Limited Series: Career Advancement
- How can title professionals advance their own careers and/or promote the careers of their employees, especially when resources are limited?
Like last year, we are asking applicants to share a story about and provide a discussion question for each Ideas Festival topic.
