American Land Title Association Announces CSC as an Elite Provider

Washington, DC, October 10, 2019 — The American Land Title Association (ALTA), the national trade association of the land title insurance industry, announced it has named CSC an ALTA Elite Provider.

ALTA’s Elite Provider Program features distinguished service providers committed to furnishing extensive benefits to the title insurance and settlement services industry. Elite Providers promote the highest industry standards and provide effective solutions for ALTA members’ critical needs.

“As an ALTA Elite Provider, CSC has shown its dedication to high-quality client care, a marker of excellence the company has embraced for 120 years,” said Diane Tomb, ALTA’s chief executive officer. “In an industry that currently is experiencing sweeping changes, it is important for ALTA to supply members with innovative service providers that are actively engaged in establishing trust and open communication. The Elite Provider Program calls for our premiere providers to complete a comprehensive application process, which includes furnishing ALTA with member recommendations as well as financial statements. This extensive practice proves Elite Providers, like CSC, can add value for our members and make their businesses more profitable.”

An ALTA Best Practices Pillar IV company, CSC provides electronic and paper document recording that allows document submitters to quickly and securely record documents anywhere in the United States. The solution reduces risk, document rejection and processing time across a document’s life cycle.

“Since delivering the first eRecording solution to the market nearly two decades ago, CSC has remained steadfast in partnering with our title clients to provide technology and process innovations that enable faster document recording with the fewest rejections,” said Kevin Kinderman, sales and market director at CSC. “We are honored to be part of ALTA’s Elite Provider program and look forward to helping more title industry partners follow ALTA’s recommended best practices through our secure solutions and extensive integrations.”

CSC will waive its setup fee for any ALTA members signing their first contract.
