RRE Report — RRE Rule Compliance Made Simple

RRE Report makes it easy for real estate attorneys to comply with the Residential Real Estate Reporting Rule (RRE Rule). Our evaluation module assists in identifying reportable transactions and evaluating potential exemptions. Our designation module can prepare a compliance designation agreement, facilitate required e-signatures, and store the completed designation for the required five-year retention period. Our filing module prepares informational reliance certificates for deal participants, enabling the reporting person to rely reasonably on those certificates for key facts in the Report. The system then electronically files the completed Report with FinCEN and archives signed reliance certificates for five years.
