SoftPro Integrates with Traditional Title Services

SoftPro released a new integration with Traditional Title Services for title abstracts.

The integration allows SoftPro users to order and receive title abstract services from Traditional Title Services directly via the SoftPro 360 business exchange portal, eliminating the need for manual processes such as emails and phone calls.

“Our integration with Traditional Title Services enables SoftPro customers to efficiently order and receive title abstract reports while maintaining one-time data entry to preserve accuracy and minimize errors,” said Patrick Hempen, SoftPro’s chief customer officer.

Numerous property data reports are available from Traditional Title Services including full abstracts, current owner, two owner, refinances and more. SoftPro users may simply place an order for any Traditional Title Services’ offering directly through their software.

“We are so excited to take this next level of integration with the SoftPro platform,” said Traditional Title Services President Michael Watkins. “Not only will our clients save time and labor costs with this integration between our systems, but we believe the transfer of data with no human interaction will lead to fewer transcription errors and an overall improved level of accuracy. oftPro has been the leader in this space and this integration will help a significant percentage of our clients.”
