Agents National Title Names Western Region Manager/Underwriting Counsel

Agents National Title Insurance Co. recently hired Thomas Imperiale as western region manager and underwriting counsel.

“Tom blends a problem-solving orientation with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing title agents, having stood in their shoes,” said David Townsend NTP, president and CEO of Agents National Title. “We’re thrilled by his commitment to helping West Coast agents to expand their businesses.”

In this role, Imperiale oversees all aspects of Agents National’s growth and operations in the Western U.S. This includes everything from expanding staff and agency appointments, to building new joint ventures/alliances with other title insurers, Realtors and attorneys. Initially, he will concentrate on states such as California, Arizona and Nevada.

Imperiale has more than 20 years of experience in the title and mortgage industries. Most recently, he served as senior underwriting counsel with First American Title.

“I am excited to introduce more account reps, underwriters, independent title agents and partners to the benefits that Agents National offers,” Imperiale said. “It’s a pleasure to stand behind a firm that is powering up the whole industry with exceptional education, service, support and technological innovation.”
