RamQuest Enhances Integration With Title Data

February 15, 2022

RamQuest recently enhanced the integration of its Closing Market digital network to improve the facilitation of auto-ordering with Title Data.

Title Data maintains over 7.8 million digital copies of starters (title insurance and commitments) that are linked to the corresponding parcel in the geographic portion of the title plant in its online image library.

In August 2020, RamQuest and Title Data introduced an integration that automated the uploading of new and historical commitments and policies from a RamQuest customer’s production solution to the Title Data Starter Library. Through Title Data’s Starter Share Program, Texas title agents who contribute their starters are able to generate significant monthly income.

“We’re excited to be able to create a better experience for our mutual customers by furthering our Title Data integration,” said RamQuest President Paula Maurstad, “This is another example of our commitment to ensure that RamQuest customers are able to do business better.”

Texas title agents can now leverage the integration to route the order directly from their RamQuest solution to Title Data. Title Data’s Auto Order system automatically opens the order in Title Data’s TIMS platform using the party information entered into RamQuest system, which eliminates the need for manual entry. Title Data’s automation is leveraged to identify the legal description associated with the transaction, produce a Runsheet and automatically deliver it back to the customer’s RamQuest document repository.

“This enhancement to our current integration with RamQuest brings further convenience to our mutual customers to help them make the title search and examination process even more efficient, while allowing them to earn income leveraging our Starter Share Program,” said Kevin Gugenheim, president & CEO of Title Data.
