First Class Signing Launches RON Solution

First Class Signing Service announced it has launched a new remote online notarization (RON) service to serve digital closings nationally and internationally.

"We utilize a remote online notarization solution that is MISMO approved and is cloud-based, so notaries don't need any special hardware, and parties to notarizations can participate anytime, anywhere, from any device with a web browser,” said Eric Hill, president and CEO of First Class Signing Service. “Our solution offers verification via email and/or mobile devices. Instead of waiting days or weeks for customers to sign critical documents, our clients will see significantly faster turnround time. Security is our priority from identity authentication to digital signatures where the legal evidence is embedded in the notarized document and final documents are cryptographically sealed.”

First Class Signing Service’s RON platform includes basic tagging for clients, video file storage, unlimited copies of notarized documents, a secure e-journal and email. Orders can be placed through any title production system in the marketplace, such as RamQuest, SoftPro and ResWare. Orders also can be placed through First Class Signing Service’s website.
