The Docket: U.S. Appeals Court Says Debtor’s Half Ownership Claim Invalid

July 29, 2021

Michael R. O’Donnell, Desiree McDonald and Michael P. Crowley, all of the law firm Riker, Danzig, Scherer, Hyland & Perretti LLP, provided today’s review of a case where the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit upheld a bankruptcy court’s ruling that said a purchaser established valid title to the parcels and that the debtor half interest claim was invalid.
