TitleWave Expands Into Colorado

TitleWave Real Estate Solutions, a division of the FNF Family of Companies, recently expanded into Colorado. The move makes available TitleWave’s Title Search Report, which is fully insured when resulting in an FNF Family of companies’ title insurance policy. The firm also offers add-on ancillary services such as policy typing, HOA estoppels, municipals, and tax certificates.
TitleWave has added Deana Colliver as state manager to oversee operations in the Rocky Mountain State.
Colliver began her decades-long career as a title examiner and manager in the title industry with Fidelity Title and now rejoins the FNF Family as TitleWave’s Colorado state manager.
Additionally, Jeremy Wohlford was brought on as title examiner. He started his career as a county deputy assessor, creating the types of files he eventually worked from as a title examiner.
Colliver and Wohlford report to David Loyd, TitleWave’s Midwest regional production manager.
