Florida Agency Network Adds Agency to Mix

Florida Agency Network (FAN) has added Tarpon Springs, Fla.-based Patriot Title to its statewide network of title agencies.

FAN operates with an alliance of members and vendors assembled to provide a customized, streamlined closing experience. The addition of Patriot Title brings the number of FAN offices over 30, with nearly 300 employees throughout Florida. The network also has developed multiple proprietary, settlement services technologies.

Patriot Title clients get access to services such as electronic Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), remote online notarization and a conversational AI-powered technology called Alanna, which streamlines and elevates the quality of client communications.

“Patriot Title is an agency with highly-productive partners that was greater than a year in the making,” said Mike LaRosa, COO for FAN. “We couldn’t be more excited about having experienced partners with such strong reputations locally. This relationship will benefit our partners with a host of new products and services available to them and their clients, and it provides FAN access to a market where we had established a goal to further expand.”
