SoftPro Integrates with Skyline Lien Search

Skyline Lien Search has integrated with the SoftPro360 business exchange platform. With this new functionality, SoftPro users can directly order municipal lien searches, HOA estoppels and tax certificates from Skyline.

With 100 years of combined experience in the title insurance and lien search industry, Skyline services communities across the country. Its lien search services include a free resolutions report detailing how to fix outstanding issues for residential properties. Skyline Lien Search offers clients a third-party protection plan with protection up to $3,000. Their exclusive resolutions department helps Skyline customers resolve property issues quicker and easier than ever.

“SoftPro is pleased to offer this new integration with Skyline in order to streamline ordering lien search services for our customers,” said Patrick Hempen, SoftPro’s chief customer officer. “Our goal is always to seek out ways to save our users time by eliminating the re-keying of data throughout the closing process including when ordering third-party services.”
