TitleWave Names Midwest Regional VP

December 1, 2020

TitleWave Real Estate Solutions, a division of the FNF Family of Companies, has named David Loyd as regional vice president for the Midwest.

Loyd brings 17 years of experience in the title industry to his new role at TitleWave.

“David’s personal experience with nearly every aspect of the title operation informs his management perspective. We are excited to have David lead our efforts in the Midwest as TitleWave continues to expand our footprint in the region,” said Leanne Zinn, president of TitleWave.

Loyd most recently served as senior production center manager for national production services at First American Title. He oversaw operations for the Southwest and Northwest regions, plus 27 states outside of the firm’s central production units.
