CATIC Named to Top Workplace for the Third Consecutive Year

CATIC has been named a Top Workplace for the third year in a row by the Hartford Courant.
CATIC was given special recognition during this year’s award ceremony for its role in promoting new ideas among its 115 employees. CATIC was ranked No. 10 this year in the small business category.
Jim Czapiga, president and CEO of CATIC, said the honor would not have been possible without the dedication of the company’s staff, who worked diligently and efficiently despite the challenges they faced during these unprecedented times.
“These last few months have been very eye-opening for the senior staff here at CATIC,” Czapiga said. “We had to rapidly adapt to a world where conducting interpersonal business transactions went on a bit of a hiatus. This meant that we had to devise strategies for managing the communication between our agents and staff remotely. We are so grateful for the hard work and dedication of our staff in meeting these challenges.”
