The Docket: No Title Policy or Closing Protection Coverage for Borrower as to Mechanic’s Liens

Michael J. Sikora III, managing partner of the law firm Sikora Law LLC, provided today’s review of a decision by Ohio’s Eighth District Court of Appeals involving title insurance and closing protection coverage for mechanic’s liens that were recorded after the issuance of an owner’s policy.
