Punctual Abstract Integrates with RamQuest

RamQuest announced it has integrated with Punctual Abstract, which is a national firm that provides wide variety of products and services for residential and commercial transactions.

From their RamQuest solution, title agencies may place orders from Punctual Abstract’s nationwide team of digital and local abstracting experts, exchange notes and receive fully examined evidence back without leaving the platform. Capabilities allow for evidence to be delivered without rekeying.

“Punctual Abstract is excited to integrate with RamQuest, one of the main software providers in the title and escrow space,” said Ted Woloszyk, CEO of Punctual Abstract. “Through the integration, together we can now provide RamQuest users with an integrated, examined title product to help reduce turn times, reduce errors, and reduce labor costs for title agencies.”

According to a press release, Punctual Abstract says it provides an integrated, fully examined title product that takes the extras steps out of the title production process. The integration of Punctual Abstract’s title evidence with RamQuest means:

All communication inside RamQuest: No need to email notes to Punctual Abstract for files. All communications (send & receive notes) occurs inside the RamQuest system.
Delivered inside RamQuest: Once a search is completed, title evidence shows up inside RamQuest as a fully examined product.
Quick turn times: Most searches are usually performed in 24 to 48 hours.
No rekeying: For speed and accuracy, the integration offers the capability to avoid rekeying of data.

“Punctual Abstract is another example of RamQuest’s commitment to develop integrations that help our customers grow their business,” said Laura Mowrer, senior vice president of product operations and business integration at RamQuest. “With the Punctual Abstract integration, RamQuest title companies are able to order title searches without leaving their production solution so they can serve their customers more effectively and efficiently.”
