Webinar: Take the CFPB’s TRID Survey

February 3, 2020

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) is asking companies that conduct closings covered by the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure Rule (TRID) to take a survey to help the bureau assess the effectiveness of the regulation. To ensure the CFPB’s assessment is comprehensive and reflects the diversity of the industry, it’s important for as many title and settlement companies as possible to take the survey. To help prepare you for the survey, CFPB staff and ALTA members will go through each question and provide an explanation of what the bureau is trying to learn. The webinar will also address the type of data agents should gather before starting the survey.
