First American Launches Marketing List Solution for Customer Acquisition

First American DataTree launched a new solution that provides targeted, direct marketing lists built from a database of U.S. property and homeownership information.

Called DataTree Lists, marketers, list brokers, and lead consultants can tap the database to identify and reach very specific and unique target markets, including advanced segmentation by available property equity, propensity scoring, new movers, listed properties, tax and foreclosure status, and loan and financing specifications.
