CATIC Named Top Workplace for 2019

Connecticut Attorneys Title Insurance Co. (CATIC) has been named a top workplace by the Hartford Courant for the second year in a row. This recognition honors the company, staff and the more than 2,000 title agents who issue its policies. Rocky Hills, Conn.-based CATIC, which was founded in 1966, has more than 100 employees.

"I am so very proud and humbled to lead such a great company. Our employees are classy, energetic, brave, collegial, thoughtful and hard working,” said Jim Czapiga, CATIC’s president and CEO.

Winners were represented across all industries, ranging from title insurance and health care to education and finance.

This year’s Hartford Courant Top Workplaces winners were chosen from among hundreds of employers that were nominated based on a survey by Energage, a Philadelphia research company that has surveyed more than 20 million employees around the country.
