Rynoh Integrates With Construction Disbursement Software Company

July 9, 2019

Rynoh has expanded its financial protection product line by partnering with construction disbursement software provider Silver Bay Systems. The integration with Silver Bay Systems’ CorrectDraw software is the first of its kind for Rynoh, whose products now include residential real estate escrow, (RynohLive), construction escrow (RynohBuild) and business operating account (RynohOpX) monitoring for its clients.

“Our clients rest easier knowing that Rynoh is on the job protecting them and we’re always looking for innovative new ways to do so,” said Dick Reass, Rynoh’s CEO and founder. “We couldn’t be happier about this partnership with Silver Bay Systems and the opportunity to provide CorrectDraw users with the same protection as our existing clients through automated, daily reconciliation of their construction-related disbursements.”

The partnership between the two software companies provides Silver Bay Systems’ clients utilizing CorrectDraw software to track construction disbursing projects the ability to access Rynoh‘s financial security solution under a single platform. This integration offers a user-friendly experience and a more efficient workflow while remaining compliant with financial transparency standards and ALTA’s Best Practices.

“After developing and introducing CorrectDraw to satisfy the needs of the construction niche, we had clients requesting automated reconciliation which led me to Rynoh because simply put, they offer the best solution out there,” said Bill Piekarski, owner of Silver Bay Systems. “Rynoh’s automated positive pay and reconciliation capabilities combined with an unrivaled number of bank integrations has us thrilled about this integration and all that it provides for our CorrectDraw clients.”
