SoftPro Recognized as Gold Stevie Award Winner

SoftPro was named the winner of a Gold Stevie Award in the Support Team of the Year category in the 17th Annual American Business Awards.

All organizations operating in the United States are eligible to submit nominations—public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small. Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning “crowned.”

“It is with great honor that SoftPro has been recognized as a Gold winner for Support Team of the Year,” said Joyce Weiland, SoftPro president. “Our company was founded on the principle that no matter how good our software is, we have to back it up with amazing customer support, and this award acknowledges our ongoing efforts. Our customers know that when they call our solution center, they are going to get an industry or application expert who is dedicated to achieving an unparalleled customer experience.”

More than 3,800 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories. SoftPro was also recognized in other categories with three Silver awards and four Bronze awards. The Gold winning entry focused on SoftPro’s company-wide “It’s About the Customer” campaign as well as its Client Contact Initiative that was first implemented in 2016. These efforts have led to an annual increase in SoftPro’s customer satisfaction ratings.

More than 200 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners.
