North America Title Names Florida Division President

February 19, 2019

North American Title Co. (NATC) announced the promotion of Marilyn Olliver to division president/manager of its Florida division. A 30-year title insurance industry veteran, Olliver will manage NATC’s branch offices throughout the state. She reports to NATC Eastern Region President Michael Montalvo.

“Florida has long been a key market for North American Title, and no one knows the Florida market better than Marilyn,” said Montalvo. “She not only brings years of boots-on-the-ground experience in the title industry, she is a consummate manager who knows how to effectively lead and manage a team to ensure our customers are receiving consistently excellent service.”

Joining NATC in 2004, Olliver most recently served as a Florida division manager. She launched her career in the title industry in 1989 in Minnesota, working as a title closer and later supervisor for several title agencies until she moved to Florida in 2000. Prior to joining NATC, she was employed as a title agent/closer for two different title agents in Florida, handling a range of transactions, including residential, new construction, loan modification and commercial.

“I am honored to lead our exceptional team of associates in Florida,” Olliver said. “Daily, we set the bar high to ensure we provide exceptional service to each of our customers. In addition, I am looking forward to the exciting innovations our new parent company, States Title, will be bringing to NATC in the future.”
