The Docket: Missing Owner in Granting Clause—Not Necessarily Fatal

Michael Sikora III, CEO of the law firm Sikora Law LLC, provided today’s review of a ruling by the Ohio Supreme Court that addressed a bankruptcy case involving a mortgage missing the name of one of the property owners in the granting clause.
