Black Knight Integrates Nationwide Tax Solutions With RamQuest

Black Knight Inc. has integrated its nationwide tax solutions with RamQuest’s Closing Market digital network, an application-to-application interface that electronically connects title and settlement agents with lenders, underwriters, vendors and other business partners. The integration with Closing Market enables title companies to order Black Knight’s property tax data directly from their RamQuest title production system.
Black Knight's tax solutions draw from the company’s nationwide property database, which includes information obtained directly from assessor and tax collector offices. According to Black Knight, the solutions deliver reliable, real-time tax data and certificates on properties located across the U.S., including non-disclosure states such as Texas. The company’s tax certificates and reports include a multitude of key information, such as current and prior-year tax bill amounts; payment status; calculated payoffs; and payment instructions for delinquent taxes that may exist prior to closing.
