Qualia Launches E-sign Product to Accelerate the Path Toward Digital Closings

Qualia unveiled an electronic signature product enabling its customers to share closing documents that can be reviewed and signed online with homebuyers and sellers without the need for any third-party integrations.

According to Qualia, the product eliminates the need for real estate professionals to use a patchwork of technology platforms to manage their closings and clears the way for the rapid advancement of digital real estate closings. The new e-signature product also allows title companies to offer their lender and real estate agent clients a better experience. All communications and documents are automatically filed with the related transaction streamlining record keeping and simplifying collaboration.
