TIAC Marks 30 Years of Providing E&O Insurance

Title Industry Assurance Company RRG (TIAC) has reached a milestone as it celebrates 30 years of providing top-tier errors and omissions liability insurance services to ALTA members.

Over the last three decades, TIAC has remained a steadfast partner for title professionals while many other markets have come and gone. Originally created by the leaders of ALTA in 1988 as a response to dramatic swings in pricing and availability of E&O insurance, TIAC continues to serve as a reliable and innovative resource in the marketplace, anticipating changes in risk exposure, providing broad coverage options, and excellent underwriting and claims service.

Past ALTA President and TIAC member Daniel D. Mennenoh NTP said, “As our endorsed professional liability insurance program, we encourage all our members to find out how their firms can benefit from TIAC’s broad coverage and excellent service.”

TIAC will celebrate its 30th anniversary with a reception for its members during ALTA ONE in Los Angeles in October.
