Title Data to Appoint New President, CEO

June 26, 2018

Kevin Gugenheim will take over as president and chief executive officer of Title Data Inc. (TDI) effective Nov. 1, 2018.

TDI Chairman James Johnson announced that Gugenheim will replace James Sibley, who will retire Nov. 1 after 31 years with the company.

TDI’s board of directors elected Gugenheim as executive vice president effective July 1.

Gugenheim is currently executive vice president of corporate operations and strategy of Fidelity National Title Group. He joined the company in 2007. Prior to that, Gugenheim was president and chief operating officer of Stewart Lender Services.

Founded in 1967, Title Data maintains title plants that serve over 24 million Texans. TDI also develops and implements large title plant and title production systems centered around the company’s flagship product, TIM.
