ResWare Integrates With National Title Information Services

January 18, 2018

Adeptive Software announced the integration of its ResWare title production software with National Title Information Services (NTIS).

NTIS provides tax and municipal lien searches in all 50 states to ensure properties are free and clear before closing. By integrating directly with ResWare, customers can seamlessly order search services directly within the ResWare platform.

“We have integrated multiple clients who are seamlessly sending orders, and securely receiving completed searches by XML transmission,” said Pete Bishop, CEO of NTIS. “Whether it’s a search in Massachusetts or Alaska, we meet client needs, delivering a high-quality product with ease, and without them every leaving ResWare.”
