The Docket: Maryland Appellate Court Rules on Adverse Possession

Sally Presler-McCash of the law firm Joseph Greenwald & Laake PA reviews an unreported opinion from the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland, which addresses an adverse possession claim. While this is an unreported opinion, the decision is still important to the title industry. Read on.
