North American Title Appoints State Agency Manager for Virginia, Western Pennsylvania

North American Title Insurance Co. (NATIC) has added Jared Uthe as state agency manager for Virginia and the Western Pennsylvania region. Uthe will oversee agency operations in those states, while securing and servicing title insurance agents to promote new and increased business activity.

“Jared’s strong industry background is a big value-add for our agents,” said Rich Griffin, vice president, national sales manager at NATIC. “In addition to his broad experience with title industry products and services, he brings a unique tactical skillset and a consultative approach that will enhance his ability to provide our agents with business-building strategies.”

Uthe brings more than a dozen years of sales experience, including nine years on the vendor side of the title industry, providing technology solutions to agents in more than 30 states. Most recently, he was vice president of sales and marketing for RynohLive’s Midwest territory. Previously, he spent nearly eight years with reQuire LLC, initially serving as sales representative before earning promotions to regional sales manager and national sales trainer.

“Throughout my travels in this industry, one of the common denominators I’ve come to appreciate among title agents is their entrepreneurial spirit,” Uthe said. “I have personal experience in this area, and I have an intuitive sense for identifying resources individual agents can benefit from, as well as assisting them in crafting tangible solutions to their specific challenges. Most importantly, I am intrigued by the opportunity to build long-term relationships to help my agents grow their businesses at a sustainable pace for years to come.”
