ATG LegalServe Names President, CEO

June 6, 2017

Kelly Ann Kienzle has been named president and CEO of ATG LegalServe, Inc., a subsidiary of Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund Inc.

Kienzle joined ATG LegalServe as vice president of sales and marketing in February 2016 when her company, It's Your Serve (IYS), joined forces with ATG LegalServe. She brings more than 20 years of experience and leadership to her new position.

ATG LegalServe is a full-service litigation support company offering services to lawyers and law firms throughout Chicago and beyond.

“Kelly's knowledge, work ethic, and leadership will give ATG LegalServe the ability to flourish,” said Peter J. Birnbaum, ATG president and CEO. “Under her leadership, we will be the premier process serving company in Chicago.”

Kienzle serves as secretary on the board of directors for the Illinois Association of Professional Process Servers and is a licensed private detective.
