Stewart Adds Experienced Senior Leadership in Phoenix

April 18, 2017

Stewart appointed Dylan King as division president of Phoenix. In this role, he will play an instrumental role leading the division and ensuring Stewart’s local customers have an exceptional closing experience.

King has more than 20 years of experience in title, escrow, underwriting, real estate and municipalities. He most recently served at Chicago Title as vice president and operations manager, overseeing the daily operations of the company. He began his career at Fidelity National Title in 1996, advancing to vice president before moving to Chicago Title.

“With Dylan leading the Phoenix division, we’re equipped to move forward and build our business in this market—reaching new goals, with new initiatives—strengthening our roots in the community,” said Matthew Morris, chief executive officer. “The Arizona economy is showing tremendous growth opportunity. We are committed to developing new talent and resources to continue providing our clients with exceptional service.”

Stewart also announced dozens of new job openings in Arizona, which will support Dylan in Phoenix and Shawna Ruboyianes, division president in Tucson. These new hires will join the company’s nearly 300 employees currently in Arizona.

“As the Arizona market continues to grow, we’re promoting our best leaders and bringing the area’s top talent onboard to support our mission of providing our customers the best experience during the real estate transaction,” said Dave Fauth, group president of direct operations. “Our employees in Arizona are some of the best you’ll find in the title industry.
