Fidelity National Title Partners With GainClients

Fidelity National Title has signed a service agreement with GainClients to use its GCard service.

According to a release, the GCard service will help Fidelity expand its network of real estate agents, loan originators and their clients. The GCard service bundles many aspects of a real estate transaction within the same GCard platform to make the process more efficient.

Fidelity's Foreclosure Division began using the service in the Seattle area earlier this year. Fidelity plans to expand usage on a national level and generate increased revenue for both companies. GainClients reported that during a three month pilot program, Fidelity converted 5 percent more title policies using the GCard platform.
