DataQuick Introduces Web-Based Analytics Tool for Title Companies

July 30, 2013

DataQuick, a provider of real estate information solutions, has unveiled Market Intelligence TitleShare, an analytics engine that offers insight into title transaction and lending trends from DataQuick’s property, sale and mortgage information database.

Market Intelligence TitleShare uses business intelligence capabilities to give title insurance companies access to title policy statistics and trends available. The tool allows title professionals to create customized analyses and dashboards, generate title reports and access the business and marketing intelligence needed to understand and build their business. By using Market Intelligence TitleShare, according to DataQuick, title companies can accurately measure market share, examine competitor behavior, observe underlying market conditions, and better manage lender and title partner relationships.

“Market shifts and increased regulatory scrutiny has markedly impacted the title insurance industry in recent years,” said John Walsh, president of DataQuick. “By putting key metrics and dashboards in the hands of decision-makers, Market Intelligence TitleShare helps title companies better understand market changes and adjust accordingly; such as with the current transition from a refinance to a purchase-driven real estate market.”

Market Intelligence TitleShare is powered by DataQuick’s business tool, Market Intelligence, and by the company’s property database. The tool uses a design to allow title company executives to find and monitor new markets through historical trending without enhancing IT resources.

“The key to this new title centric offering is DataQuick’s National Property Database, which includes comprehensive property characteristics on more than 120 million properties and 250 million property transactions,” Walsh continued. “Offering the most up-to-date title information from the database gives users of Market Intelligence TitleShare the ability to develop successful business strategies that will allow them to reduce costs and gain wallet share.”
