Settlement Company Plans to Hire 100 in Colorado Market

Pittsburgh-based Urban Lending Solutions (ULS) announced it plans to hire 100 people with mortgage industry experience in the Broomfield and Littleton, Colo., markets.

The company, which provides, is looking for underwriters, processors, closers and management positions. ULS already employs nearly 2,000 Pittsburgh, Broomfield and Littleton. This is up from about 500 employees a year ago. ULS continues to experience sustainable growth at a time when joblessness is one of the biggest thorns in the U.S. economy, the company said in a release. Inc. Magazine recently ranked ULS number 41 among the top 100 job creating companies in the United States. This award is given to businesses that have generated the most jobs in the past three years. The company also is as the top Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) in job growth. In 2012, Ernst & Young LLP, named Chuck Sanders, founder and CEO of ULS, as the winner for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year Award.
