ALTA Urges Extension of Transaction Account Guarantee Program

August 23, 2012

In addition to asking for a five-year extension of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation’s transaction account guarantee program. ALTA highlighted that it lacks unlimited coverage for title professional trust accounts.
