Knight Barry Title Group Opens Chicago Office

January 17, 2012

Wisconsin-based Knight Barry Title Group continued its expansion efforts with the opening of an office in Chicago to process and coordinate commercial transactions of any size for properties anywhere in the United States.

The company also announced several new hires to operate the will process and coordinate commercial transactions of any size for properties anywhere in the US.

Chris Kaufmann will be responsible for Knight Barry's operations in Illinois. He has more than 20 years of experience underwriting multi-site, large-liability transactions.

Paul Yannias will oversee commercial title, closing and construction escrow services. He has more than 25 years experience underwriting local and national commercial services. Yannias has been admitted to practice law in Illinois.

Jim Shehan will be responsible for commercial sales and client development for the Chicago area.
