HUD Warns Mortgagees for Failing to Report Mortgage Record Changes

FHA-approved holders and servicers that fail to report Mortgage Record Changes for mortgage sales, transfers and terminations of mortgage insurance may be subject to referral to the Mortgagee Review Board for administrative actions.
