Old Republic Bolsters Commercial Division

October 1, 2009

Thomas Gray has joined Old Republic National Commercial Title Services (ORNCTS), a division of Old Republic National Title Insurance Co. He will serve as vice president of ORNTIC and commercial sales manager.

During Gray’s extensive career of working in the national commercial title insurance industry, he has managed several multi-billion dollar closings. He also has been responsible for the success of a number of significant international transactions. Since June of 2008, ORNCTS has expanded its national footprint in 11 major commercial real estate markets, with Gray’s Chicago office being its 12th commercial operation.

He is a perennial top producer and will help lead the commercial division to even greater visibility. The company expects his industry knowledge, combined with expert sales skills, will assist in increasing the division’s market share in the Midwest, as well as nationally.

“Tom has over a quarter century of experience in our industry,” said Richard Icklan, national manager of ORNCTS. “He is a top-notch commercial salesperson. We are delighted to welcome him to our team.” Gray holds a B.S. in business management from Northern Illinois University. He was honorably discharged from the United States Air Force after serving his country for several years.
