L&D Title Services Selects eTitleAxis

FRISCO, TX – L&D Title Services, LLC, has selected eTitleAxis as its title, settlement and transaction management system. Based in Berlin, New Jersey, the title company will leverage the Web-based, on-demand system to accelerate order processing, enhance collaboration with third parties, and provide superior customer service.
Denice Iuliucci and Lues Lopez, business partners, L&D Title Services, cited the ability for employees, clients and third parties to securely access and process orders online, anytime, anywhere, via a Web-based title and settlement system as a key competitive driver for selecting eTitleAxis. The company also desired a highly scalable system that could support its plans for expansion.

L&D Title plans to leverage eTitleAxis in the future to expand its reach into other states through branch offices or by consolidating and using licensed partners without any downtime, lost functionality or purchase of additional software. eTitleAxis allows work to be transferred among branches, supports local, regional and national title work, and reporting capabilities provide a consolidated view of the operations.
