Title Alliance, Ltd. Appoints Compliance Officer

Title Alliance, Ltd. Appoints Compliance Officer MEDIA, Pa.-- Patti DeGennaro, President and CEO of Title Alliance, Ltd. announced that the Board of Directors of the company appointed Nancy D. Warner to the position of Compliance Officer in addition to her duties of Executive Vice President and COO.

"The fact that we have chosen one of our most senior officers to serve in this critical role shows how insistent we are on proper compliance in all we do," said Ms. DeGennaro.

"Nancy Warner was selected by me to be my COO due to the very high level of confidence I have in her proven abilities and dedication. She was selected as our Compliance Officer because we have a deep belief in her high degree of ethics and her understanding of the legal, ethical and moral requirements of this company."

"Title Alliance is a long standing member of RESPRO (Real Estate Services Providers Council) and we’ve now made it a priority to involve our entire senior management team so that everyone is behind our compliance initiative."

Ms. DeGennaro concludes, "I am very proud of our immediate attention to this very important aspect of our business given the recent acquisition by our senior management team: It shows our focus on what we do."

Ms. Warner came with Title Alliance in 1998 and is a member of that company’s Board of Directors.
