Old Republic Title Hires Mark Bilbrey

Mark A. Bilbrey has joined Old Republic National Title Insurance Company as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Central Title Group. Based in Houston, TX, Bilbrey will be responsible for managing and overseeing the growth and profitability of all direct and agency operations in the Company’s Central Title Group, which spans a 23-state territory.
Bilbrey’s background includes 36 years of experience in all facets of the title insurance industry including management, finance, marketing, technology, and agency operations. He is a 26-year veteran of Warranty Title & Abstract in Oklahoma, where he formerly was President. He recently worked for a national underwriter as its National Agency Sales Manager.
“Most people are familiar with Mark though his tireless efforts on behalf of the industry at the national level with the American Land Title Association (ALTA) and the state level with the Oklahoma Land Title Association (OLTA),” said Stephen C. Wilson, Executive Vice President, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. Over the years, he has served on many ALTA committees and is a former President of both the ALTA and OLTA.
A native of Oklahoma, Bilbrey is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and is active in many civic and community organizations.
