Investors Title Company Declares Quarterly Dividend www

March 9, 2005

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. -- J. Allen Fine, Chairman of the Board of Investors Title Company (NASDAQ: ITIC), announced that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $.04 per share to shareholders of record March 22, 2005, payable March 31, 2005.

Investors Title Company is a publicly-held North Carolina company whose stock is traded on the NASDAQ National Market (Symbol: ITIC).
