Bruce Maita Dedicated to Company's Employees and Growth

FOLSOM, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE) -- Financial Title Company (FTC) has named Bruce Maita as CEO and president. FTC is the 11th largest provider of title insurance and escrow services in California.

As president, Maita is responsible for the overall vision and direction of FTC. In his role, he oversees all 50 branch operations throughout California and collaborates with the executive team on management objectives in the areas of title insurance, escrow services, sales and marketing and other personnel support services. Additionally, Maita directs the company's growth strategy and the development of strategic business partnerships.

Prior to joining FTC, Maita was president of the Sacramento division of Alliance Title Company, where he established the Sacramento operation and was instrumental in the operation's No. 1 ranking in the resale market share. Before Alliance Title Company, Maita worked at First American Title Insurance Company as the national account manager for the Lender's Advantage division. He was recognized as the top salesperson and was honored with a top salesperson award.
