Stewart Purchases Majority Interest in The InterCity Companies

HOUSTON, /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Stewart Title Co., a wholly owned subsidiary of Stewart Information Services Corp. (NYSE: STC), has purchased a majority interest in The InterCity Companies, a firm that provides escrow services for vacation ownership properties.
