FNIS to Sponsor MBA/MISMO Technology WorkGroup Meetings

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., —FNIS (Nasdaq:FNIS) will sponsor.the MBA/MISMO Technology Workgroup Meetings on January 13-17, 2003 at the Newport Beach Marriott Hotel & Tennis Club in Newport Beach, Calif., 900 Newport Center Drive, Newport Beach, Calif.

The five-day event provides participants a unique opportunity to contribute to the on-going development of real estate finance e-commerce transactions, including MISMO's Extensible Markup Language (XML) specification. Workgroup sessions include MISMO Architecture and Security, as well as the Credit, eMortgage, Flood, Origination, Core Data, Mortgage Insurance, Real Estate Property Information, Real Estate Tax, Secondary, Servicing, and Title process areas, among others. In addition, the meeting week will include an XML Schema Group session. A preliminary meeting agenda is available at www.mismo.org.
