Ignite Aims To Put Consumers 'In Charge' Of Mortgage Loan Application Experience

Ignite Sales Inc. today announced a product developed for mortgage lenders that allows consumers to pre-qualify themselves for new or refinanced mortgages and aims to provide lenders with higher level of pre-qualified applicants.
Consumers who use the application on the lender's Web site can visually learn the tax benefits, monthly payment information, estimated closing costs of mortgage loans and perform "what-if" scenarios to select the best financing option for their personal financial situation. Behind the scenes, the technology matches each consumer's situation with the lender's appropriate financing options and presents a call to action.

What is needed is a way to put customers back in charge of the experience by helping them to discover ways to meet their own financial goals," said Tom Richards, research director of CRM for Meridien Research.
