Alliance Title Expands Reach in Idaho

July 15, 2025

Boise, Idaho-based Alliance Title recently expanded its reach in Idaho with the acquisition of Moscow Title.

The addition of Moscow Title, which serves Latah County, provides Alliance Title an additional county and office to its coverage area. Moscow Title will rebrand to Alliance Title & Escrow as part of the Futura Title & Escrow Family of Companies.

“We are proud to welcome the team members from Moscow Title," said Jack Wheir, division manager for Futura Title & Escrow. “We admire their local expertise and look forward to continuing to support their commitment to their customers and communities.”

Steve Bush, owner of Moscow Title, added, “Thank you to the Latah County Community for their support of Moscow Title over the years. We hope that you'll continue to support our staff into the future.”
